about me
My love for design started young. I spent weekends glued to the original home makeover shows like Trading Spaces, dreaming about how colors, textures, and layouts could completely transform a room. That early spark turned into a true passion as I moved into my own homes, where curating spaces quickly became second nature.
Over time, friends and family started asking for my help. Whether it was picking the perfect rug, selecting art that pulled a room together, or re-imagining entire spaces that felt uniquely theirs, I found myself helping more and more with their homes. What started as casual advice has now grown into Coastal Nomad!
I’ve always been inspired by my love of global travel. I bring home ideas, textiles, and colors that reflect the vibrancy of different cultures and weave them into spaces that feel fresh, eclectic, and full of character. Now I call Charleston, SC home, where I live with my two pups and continue to draw inspiration from both coastal living and the wider world.
At the heart of my work, my passion is understanding each client’s personal style and helping bring their vision to life. I believe design should be approachable, joyful, and tailored, creating beautiful, livable spaces that reflect who you are without the luxury price tag.
why work with me
In an age where AI can generate endless design options, what it can’t do is truly see you. A beautiful home isn’t about algorithms—it’s about personality, history, and the little details that make a space feel like yours. My perspective is shaped by years of curating homes for myself, friends, and family, blending global inspiration with a deep understanding of how people actually live in their spaces.
Design is personal. It’s about listening, noticing, and pulling together pieces that reflect your story. That’s something no program can replicate. My role is to translate your vision into a space that feels effortless, joyful, and one-of-a-kind—because your home should be as unique as you are.
